Measure around your thigh about 14cm above the kneecap and around your calf about 12cm below it, then match them and your weight to the size chart in the product photos. M fits thighs of 33.5 to 49cm and calves of 30 to 45cm (up to 55kg). L fits thighs of 35 to 50cm and calves of 30 to 49cm (55 to 75kg). XL fits thighs of 36 to 55cm and calves of 31 to 49cm (65 to 90kg). If you are between M and L, L gives a looser fit and M a firmer one.
