How to pick your size
- Measure your calf at its widest point and your ankle at its narrowest, ideally in the morning.
- Find the size that matches your calf, then check your ankle sits in the same column.
- If your calf and ankle point to different sizes, or you're right on the line between two, go up a size.
- Shoe size is a rough guide only. If yours falls in two sizes, go by your measurements.
- 3XL to 6XL are for wider calves. 3XL and 4XL share an ankle range, as do 5XL and 6XL, so choose these by your calf.

How graduated compression works
Graduated compression is strongest at the ankle and gradually decreases up the leg. That pressure gradient gently squeezes the veins, helping blood flow back toward your heart instead of pooling in your lower legs.
-
1
Firm at the ankle
15–20mmHg of pressure where it counts most to kick-start circulation.
-
2
Eases up the calf
The gradient guides blood upward, which may help ease swelling and heaviness.
-
3
All-day comfort
Breathable, antibacterial fabric with a non-slip cuff keeps you fresh from desk to flight.
