Pre and Post Natal Compression Support Socks

Compression socks are recommended both pre- and post-natal to improve circulation, reduce swelling in the legs and ankles, and relieve discomfort from fluid retention. During pregnancy they help lower the risk of varicose veins and DVT, while after birth they support recovery, easing pressure and promoting healthier blood flow.

What are common usage tips if I'm pregnant?

Pregnant women can wear their medical compression stockings every day, from morning until bedtime. At night, the compression stockings should be taken off most commonly. However keeping in mind outside of genreal practice, a doctor or medical professional should always be consulted.

  • Choose a sock sized to your ankle and calf circumference.
  • Pull them on first thing in the morning, before any swelling sets in.
  • Wear throughout the day, removing them before bed.
  • Wash regularly to maintain fabric elasticity and hygiene.
